Renting Guide

How to book:

1. Have a look through the gorgeous designer garments that we have available and choose your favourite. Add to cart and book in to secure your perfect outfit.

2. Receive your rental and feel amazing. Remember to tag us in your pictures on Instagram @everyoccasionz - we love seeing your beautiful faces!

3. Return your rental via local drop off, or in the return post bag provided.

FAQ's

When do I have to book my rental by?

Pick up rentals in Epsom, Auckland can usually be booked until the morning of your event. Last minute rentals are subject to availability, but are very welcome and we will always try our best to provide these for you whenever you need :-)

Post rentals should be booked at least two working days prior to your event. If you are booking for the weekend, please get these in by Tuesday night otherwise you will need to pay for Saturday delivery.

When will I receive my rental?

We aim to send your rentals 1-4 days prior to your booked rental date. Weekend rentals will usually be sent between Monday and Wednesday. 

How long can I keep my rental?

Our rental periods are usually for one day/night.

Pick-up rentals must be returned the following day; if your event is on Saturday, these should be returned on Sunday.
Post rentals must be returned over the counter at an NZ POST shop before 4 pm the following working day; for weekend rentals, these should be returned on Monday.

If this is not possible, contact us before the rental to organise other options.

Do you offer extended rentals?

We absolutely do, however these will incur an extra fee. Please contact us via email, Instagram, or through our chat box to find out more information and see what is available for your event. 

Can I change the details of my booking?

If any details including event date changes, change of address, COVID, change of mind, or anything other issues arise, please contact us as soon as possible so we can organise a resolution. Please read our terms and conditions carefully so you are aware of our policies for different situations. 

Can I get a refund if my rental doesn't fit?

We do not offer refunds or store credit if your rental does not have your desired fit. Please take note of the recommended sizes and size guides prior to booking and feel free to message us with any questions that you may have! We are happy to take measurements of the garment or advise the best we can. 

Can I clean/alter my rental?

Please do not attempt to wash or alter your rental in any way as this could ruin the dress. If something happens to a garment during your rental period, let us know as soon as possible and send it back as is. We will take it to our dry cleaners/alterations and let you know the outcome as per our terms and conditions.

Do you offer try ons?

We offer in-person try ons in Epsom, Auckland on a circumstantial basis. These will be available occasionally depending on the urgency of the situation and our availability! Please message us at @everyoccasionz to enquire.
We do not offer postal try ons.
