Try On Policy

Take Home Try Ons:

Availability

All dresses must be confirmed as available via email or direct message prior to booking a try-on time. Bookings made without prior confirmation will result in your try-on fee being non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings where a dress becomes unavailable due to unforeseen or last-minute rentals. A confirmation email, including pickup details, will be issued at 8:00pm on the day prior to the scheduled appointment.

Scheduled Time

Customers are required to collect their selected garments during the agreed booking time and return them within the allocated 3-hour try-on period.

Late returns will result in the full try on fee becoming non-redeemable. 

Try-On Fee

50% of the try-on fee is redeemable toward a future rental of the dress/es that you tried on (it cannot be used on any other rental). This credit must be used within 72 hours of the try-on end time and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you must notify us via email or direct message prior to your booking time.

At our discretion, we may:

• Reschedule the appointment; or
• Issue store credit equivalent to the try-on fee, to be used toward a future try-on or rental

Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the try-on fee.

Damage

All garments must be returned in the same condition as they were received. If a dress is returned with any stains, marks, or damage, the customer who conducted the try-on will be liable for any associated cleaning, repair, or replacement costs.

Postal Try-Ons

Postal try-ons are available. Fill out our form to request a postal try on. Costs will be provided when communicating (most try ons will be $43 - inclusive of return shipping). Postal try on cost is not redeemable. If any damages occur during the try on period, you will be charged an additional cost.
