Try On Policy

Take Home Try Ons (Dunedin):

The cost is $10 for one dress and $5 per additional dress. You will pick up your try on and you must drop it back by 8pm the same day - late fees do apply.

If you end up wanting to rent one of the dresses you have tried on, you will be given a code to get $10 off (one time use) - please DM us to get the code before you book. Note that this code must be used within 30 days of trying on.

Postal Try Ons:

We sometimes offer postal try ons! These cost $30 (for one dress) + shipping - this covers admin costs (the same as organising rentals with packaging + sending + cleaning) therefore, this $30 will not be refunded or credited towards your rental. Please return within 24 hours of receiving your rental - you'll get an email with your NZ Post return deadline.

If you are wanting to try on more than one dress, please email us to get pricing as this is adjusted based on how many dresses & different shipping fees.
