Damage Waiver Terms

Our damage waiver ensures you're covered for minor damages, allowing you to fully enjoy your dress! 

Covered instances include:

• Small rips or breakages (typically $20-$30 for repairs)
• Minor tailoring, such as zip replacements or hemming ($30-$50)
• Dry cleaning for any heavier stains ($25-40)

Please note:

This waiver does not extend to significant damage further than what is described above. This includes serious rips, staining that does not come out after dry cleaning etc. It also does not include replacements if the dress is irreplaceable, you'll be responsible for replacement costs (the cost of the waiver does not come off the RRP).

In instances where dry cleaning cost is already included in the rental cost, this can be added on for worries about small rips and minor tailoring.

Please be aware that our standard terms and conditions still apply. The damage waiver does not protect against theft, misplacement, delivery issues, or incorrect or late returns of the garment.

Please note that one Damage Waiver applies to one item in the cart only. If you have multiple items in your order, you'll need to add extra Damage Waiver coverage accordingly. For instance, if you have two items in your cart and only one Damage Waiver, it will only cover minor damages to the less expensive rental.
