This optional damage waiver includes minor damages such as small rips/breakages (typically $20-$30 for repairs); minor tailoring such as zip replacements or hemming ($30-$50) or dry cleaning for minor staining ($25-40). Washing

Please do not attempt to wash your garment as we take care of this.

If additional dry cleaning is required, you will be contacted and charged.

Care Instructions

  • If wearing fake tan - please wash tan twice before wearing.
  • When wearing makeup - please carefully put the dress on to avoid staining it.
  • If the dress is long - pull dress up when walking to prevent rips and stains at the bottom of the dress.
  • Please take great care with jewellery and bags that may catch on the material to avoid pulling in the fabric.

Rental Return

Postal Returns - need to be dropped off to NZ Post Shop by 4pm of rental return date.

Local Returns - need to be dropped back by 7pm on the rental return date.
